Message	other aspects a nice place to live. Richmond may be better, price-wise, but I don't know for sure. I got accepted to VCU's art program but decided to stay in DC instead and go to the Corcoran. I visited the VCU campus once, and I remember lots of concrete and lots of big old American cars being driven by intimidating-looking men cruising the streets. Didn't stay long, so I can't really say much more than that. ;)
